I just wanted to say thanks for all your help with my laser surgery ... I guess it’s been about six months ago now. (Okay, so I’m a little tardy with my thanks.) I appreciate your crew’s help, including when it caine to my vaso vagal doing its thing while I was in the chair. I’m also very appreciative of your crew’s professionalism, being willing to take the time to get it right (e.g., the tech, Lettie, who kept doing one of the tests until she was able to get the readings, even though my eye wasn’t cooperating), and treating your customers as though they (and their eyes) are important. I saw quite a contrast between your team’s friendliness and that of one of your competitors, whom I also considered for the procedure. Dear Dr. Starck,                                         April 30, 2006 Thank you for changing my life! Words cannot express how happy I am with the results of my lens implants — no more glasses, no more contacts, no more chemicals, and no more vision problems or hassles. I could not have asked for a better outcome. To me, the intraocular lens implant procedure should not be considered ’cosmetic” because it definitely enhances a person’s quality-of-life. I did not realize how dangerous it was to be hampered by contacts and glasses until recently when I was awoken in the middle of the night by a noise in my kitchen, Thanks to my implants I didn’t need to fumble for glasses, and I was able to grab my handy baseball bat and confront the ‘intruder” immediately. LASIK — September 14, 1999 Afler tracking the LASIK procedure for several years, I was surprised at my father’s coaxing and introduction to Dr. Starck.
